Major Changes in Private Tenancy Legislation effective from 1st April 2007
This is the first piece of legislation concerning The Private Rented Sector in Northern Ireland in almost thirty years.
The Private Tenancies (NI) Order 2006 is comprehensive and sets out Statutory Obligations of Landlords/Tenants, Unfitness/Disrepair standards, Certificates of Fitness/Rent control requirements, Ammendments to the Rent (NI) Order 1978 etc.

This will mean we can Fully Manage your property and you could still enjoy up to a 3% increase on your Monthly Rental Income!
